Refunds & Returns

At Cool Relief, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. All orders are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, giving you a 14‑day right to cancel from the day your item is delivered.

To start a return, contact us at support@coolrelief.co.uk with your order number.

100‑Night Sleep Trial (Mattresses & Beds)

We offer a 100‑night trial on all Cool Relief mattresses and beds. This allows you to sleep on your new product in your own home and decide if it’s right for you.

Trial Conditions

• You must use the product for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust.

• The item must be in good, hygienic condition.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, damage, or unsanitary conditions.

Return Process

Once your return is approved:

• We will arrange collection or provide return instructions.

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Products showing damage, stains, or misuse

• Custom or personalised items

• Clearance items (if stated on product page)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item, contact us and we’ll arrange this where possible.
