Free UK Delivery

All Cool Relief orders over £600 qualify for free UK delivery. If your order is under £600, delivery costs typically £50–£100 at checkout depending on area.

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery window is 3–7 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
